📋 Description

• Join our Global Strategic Procurement Team to drive procurement excellence • Focus on strategic sourcing, spend analytics, supplier negotiations, and procurement process improvements • Support development and execution of category strategies for indirect procurement • Conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities • Support RFx processes and supplier evaluations • Partner with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies • Monitor supplier performance metrics and improve procurement governance • Develop procurement dashboards and KPIs to track performance

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Math and/or Business preferred but not required • Demonstration of strong financial analytic acumen required • 3+ years of relevant experience in and with Procurement, Spend Analysis, Strategic Sourcing, Source-to-pay processes and technologies required • Advanced and proven knowledge of procurement industry cost structures and drivers • Strong understanding of indirect procurement categories, supplier management, and cost structures • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments • Familiarity with eSourcing tools, contract management systems, and spend analysis platforms • Ability to identify procurement inefficiencies and propose strategic solutions
