📋 Description

• The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for gathering requirements and providing technical project planning, management and oversight for key initiatives, along with project implementation for our clients. • Ensures initiatives and projects are closely aligned with client requirements and are completed on-time, within scope and budget, and with an extremely high quality. • The TPM will ensure the optimum mix of cost, schedule, performance, and system supportability throughout the life cycle (design, development, testing and evaluation, production and disposition) of each program and will analyze alternative problem solutions and present a case for the recommended solutions with a detailed analysis of risks and return on investment. • BA & QA experience is a plus. Must be an authorized US worker residing within the United States. Locality to Nashville preferred.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3-5 years of technical project management experience or equivalent work experience • PC experience, especially in Microsoft Office applications • Technical background or understanding of software development processes and technologies • Experience with the Atlassian Jira, MS Office Suite • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. • Strong financial and resource management skills. • Successful completion of a drug and background screen
