🎯 Requirements
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Company Secretary (CS) qualification is mandatory. • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a tax advisory role, ideally with a Big 4 firm or a B2B SaaS, IT, or ITes organization. • In-depth knowledge of Indian direct and indirect tax laws, including GST and TDS compliance. • Familiarity with international tax laws, particularly US federal and state income tax, sales and use tax, and transfer pricing regulations. • Strong understanding of statutory filing requirements and corporate secretarial processes across India, US, and Singapore. • You have a high degree of attention to detail. • You have strong verbal and written communication skills. • Team Player with the ability to work independently and willingness to learn.
