• As the Human Resources Business Partner for Product & Engineering (P&E) at Atlan, you will hold a critical seat within the business unit. • Partner closely with Engineering and Product, and People leadership teams. • Proactively advise, support and execute with the leadership team on strategic people matters. • Contribute to talent management, leadership development, change management, employee engagement and retention strategies, and other key initiatives. • Build comprehensive people plans that drive positive change in the business. • Identify business needs and counsel management on the root cause. • Act as a change agent and program manager, driving change management for the organization.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR Management, HR Business Partnerships, or the HR Generalist function. • HR Certification, PHR/SPHR, SHRM, CHRMP or similar. • Experience working for a global technology organization. • HR experience in areas such as organizational design, succession planning, talent management, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent acquisition, data insights, and employee relations. • Proficiency in using HR technology platforms. • Effective communication and relationship-building skills. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Project management and change management skills.
