Requirements
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Experience with access/device management tools • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, network issues • Knowledge of cloud automation tools and practices • Understanding of cloud security best practices • Expertise in using IaC tools for infrastructure management • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) • Experience with monitoring tools • Familiarity with threat modeling and incident response procedures • Experience in CI/CD pipelines, containerization • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop innovative solutions • Proactive in identifying improvement areas • Certifications: ITIL, CompTIA Network+, cloud certifications
