• Help building the leading platform to support oil and gas operators to fight green house gas emissions • Own and drive product features from concept to deployment. • While being the go to android expert in your team you also work on other projects and environments • Work closely with the hardware and cloud platform teams • Assist in road map planning, estimation, scheduling, and hiring • Report to and closely work with our CTO • You have an inner urge to always push for excellence • You love to get out of your comfort zone • You prefer speaking to customers directly to get to the bottom of what they really need • You work best when you have a lot of autonomy while being fully accountable for your actions • You have a good hand in balancing technical and economical constraints • You appreciate direct & constructive feedback and are skilled in giving such • You enjoy driving positive change in your team • You want to work in a team of professionals • You want to have a positive impact for our planet 🌍

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of in depth software engineering experience • You are versatile in multiple programming languages and environments and are excited at the prospect of learning new ones. • Strong Android native development skills using the latest tech stack (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, …) • iOS experience, ideally using Kotlin Multiplatform • Experience shipping multiple mobile Apps in B2B environment • Exceptional communication, and cross discipline collaboration • Strong sense for user experience • Solid understanding on different API formats and data storage technologies • Given only high level requirements, able to plan and work autonomously while staying strongly aligned with your team • Experience working with IoT devices • Skills with DevOps & CI/CD pipelines
