📋 Description

• This is a fully remote position requiring BPSS clearance; • Join a small, dynamic team as an Internal Audit Manager; • Assess risks, review internal controls, and provide insights to improve business processes; • Deliver internal audit reviews and strengthen governance;

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Internal Auditor/Risk & Controls Professional • Knowledge of the 3 Lines model • Financial services experience is essential, Pensions or Insurance experience is an advantage but not required • Experience in internal audit, risk management, or governance • Qualified or part-qualified CIA / ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent • Comfortable leading audits, engaging with senior stakeholders, and providing strategic recommendations • Adaptable and eager to take on a variety of responsibilities in a growing team • Broad knowledge of auditing and industry standards • Commercial awareness and sensitive stakeholder management • Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external Senior Management • Logical thinking and objective presentation of opinions/conclusions • Excellent written and oral communication (English) and presentation skills
