•Analyse und Dokumentation der Kunden-Anforderungen bzgl. PLM Prozessen •Erarbeitung und Abstimmung von Konzepten zur Gestaltung der PLM Prozesse •Auswahl geeigneter Methoden und Technologien zur Umsetzung der Konzepte •Umsetzung der Konzepte mit relevanten PLM-Applikationen und Technologien •Enge Abstimmung aller notwendigen Schritte mit den Auftraggebern und Partnern •Übernahme einer fachlich gestaltenden Rolle mit Ergebnisverantwortung im Projekt •Projektleitung mit Koordination und fachlicher Anleitung kleinerer Projekt-Teams •Unterstützung bei der Angebotserstellung für Folgeprojekte •Vorträge und Präsentationen bei Kunden und auf Fach-Veranstaltungen •Aktives Networking z.B. im Rahmen von Social-Media-Aktivitäten •Entwicklung von innovativen PLM Offerings (z.B. 🎯 Requirements
•Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation •Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im (PLM) Beratungsumfeld •Fachliches Netzwerk und Kundenbeziehungen •Gute IT-Kenntnisse, wie z.B. zu objektorientierten Sprachen, SOA & REST Technologien •Erfahrungen in der Prozess- und Datenmodellierung, sowie in Beratungs- und Projektmethoden •Initiative, Analysefähigkeit, Ergebnisorientierung, Organisationsgeschick und Qualitätsorientierung •Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit •Fähigkeit zur Arbeit in Teams und Netzwerken •Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung in Projekten und Akquisen •Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und internationale Mobilität im europäischen Ausland
