Description

• You will be the voice of AT&T, a global leader in communications and technology. • Providing solutions to prospective and existing customers • Help customers stay connected and meet monthly sales goals. • Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment • Identify upsell opportunities and recommend technology, services, and offers. • Handle new service requests and address existing customer needs for billing and technical support. • Provide effective and timely resolutions for customers. • Deliver personalized recommendations for products and services.

Requirements

• Call center or customer service experience • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation is essential • Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours • Occasional overtime may be required
