📋 Description
• Travel to various sites to install and maintain medical aesthetic equipment • Troubleshoot electro-mechanical and robotic aesthetic systems • Pack, ship, and receive equipment and material • Provide customer service via phone and resolve related issues • Handle call scheduling and other administrative duties independently • Stay up to date with current technical literature to ensure the following best practices • Other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Bilingual in English and French • Associate Degree or bachelor’s degree • At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining electronic and/or mechanical equipment • Must have a valid driver’s licence and a vehicle • Must be available to work after regular hours and on the weekends to meet customer demand during peak times
