• Guide an internal team of designers in developing creative briefs that integrate brand strategy, campaign goals, and the customer journey into a distinct creative approach tailored to each campaign. Provide clear direction, visual inspiration, and style guides • Collaborate with marketing, design, and production teams to create cohesive and engaging narratives that resonate across multiple platforms. Work closely with designers, researchers, product managers, product marketers, and engineers • Integrate the visual brand identity with the company's core narrative • Work across various formats and channels to maintain a cohesive and engaging brand presence. This includes large-scale events, websites, presentation materials, promotional items, and more • Collaborate with external creative agencies, managing and directing sessions, and providing guidance on creative decks • Monitor the performance of created assets, capture insights and learnings, and apply creative best practices for each platform

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience in the design industry and 5+ years leading creative teams • Proven expertise in overseeing both creative and production teams • Proven ability in balancing innovative ideas with practical execution, understanding both the big picture and intricate details • Experience using design to influence strategic decision making, communicate strategic concepts, and facilitate understanding • Adept at developing identities for emerging products within larger product ecosystems • Demonstrated success in leading design teams and managing large-scale projects efficiently, while identifying and addressing gaps in the design process to improve quality and Extensive network of valuable contacts within the creative industry • Fluency in video and static tools and specs • Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Workspace
