• Own our international strategy in the Revenue/GTM organization and drive forward the projects and initiatives needed to ensure success of that program. • Synthesize data across the company relevant to that strategic program to ensure data-driven decision making. • Regularly report on the effectiveness of the strategic program to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements. • Develop short-term and long-term program roadmap and help the organization prioritize the highest-impact projects. • Anticipate and address problems and opportunities proactively. • Help define the strategic direction of the Revenue/GTM organization by identifying opportunities for us to implement new strategies to drive growth and/or efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years in business operations, consulting, or program management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. • Demonstrated ownership of ambiguous projects and self-defining objectives and priorities. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull together your own data to generate insights. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally, building relationships and ensuring cohesive strategies towards common business goals. • Sense of ownership and urgency with objectives & priorities. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
