β€’ Own our international strategy in the Revenue/GTM organization and drive forward the projects and initiatives needed to ensure success of that program. β€’ Synthesize data across the company relevant to that strategic program to ensure data-driven decision making. β€’ Regularly report on the effectiveness of the strategic program to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements. β€’ Develop short-term and long-term program roadmap and help the organization prioritize the highest-impact projects. β€’ Anticipate and address problems and opportunities proactively. β€’ Help define the strategic direction of the Revenue/GTM organization by identifying opportunities for us to implement new strategies to drive growth and/or efficiency.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years in business operations, consulting, or program management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. β€’ Demonstrated ownership of ambiguous projects and self-defining objectives and priorities. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull together your own data to generate insights. β€’ Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally, building relationships and ensuring cohesive strategies towards common business goals. β€’ Sense of ownership and urgency with objectives & priorities. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
