Requirements

• 2+ years of Marketing associate or Administrative Assistant experience required • Preference for candidates located in PST or MST timezones • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality at all times • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Extremely organized • Detail oriented and results-driven • Fast learner and self starter who searches for answers and provides solutions • A strong sense of urgency • Strong technical skills: Google calendar, Google suite, Outlook, Powerpoint, Expensify • A passion for helping people and solving problems • Perform other tasks and special projects as required or as assigned by the management team • Possess a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment
