🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on high throughput distributed systems • Expertise developing with Java, Python, or Go and strong understanding of object-oriented design, algorithms, and optimization • Knowledgeable about data modeling, access and storage with relational and non-relational databases • Proven track record of architecting applications at scale and maintaining secure reliable infrastructure • Excited by big, hard problems and creating plans to improve them • Empathetic communicator who can work seamlessly with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at using business goals to turn that into clear deliverables
