Description

• AudiencePlus is the first AI-powered Audience Marketing platform enabling marketing teams. • Architect, develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python & FastAPI. • Design, optimize, and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL) and graph databases (Neo4j). • Integrate third-party services and internal tools to enhance system capabilities. • Ensure high code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices. • Identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability. • Implement security best practices to safeguard sensitive data and applications. • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development team. • Maintain clear, concise documentation for all systems, processes, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development with a focus on Python. • Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Neo4j, including database design, optimization, and complex query writing. • Proficient in RESTful API design and development, asynchronous programming, and microservices architecture. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering robust and scalable solutions. • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP). • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
