Description
• Play a crucial role in reporting, analysis, and planning functions • Identify risks and opportunities to ensure our business works efficiently and remains profitable • Support effective delivery and completion of customer projects from daily reporting to invoicing • Develop, monitor and control business performance metrics • Control of KPIs and variance analysis explanation • Prepare Professional Services Budget and Forecast • Support different business units from a financial perspective • Identify, propose, and implement process improvements • Cost analysis and Budget control
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar function in international environment • Expertise in innovative methods and processes of controlling, accounting, forecasting and project/risk management • Proficient use of financial software MS Business Central, and Microsoft Office package • Bachelor's degree in business administration/financial or similar • Fluent spoken and written English skills • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills
