Requirements

• You've designed consumer-facing digital products with demonstrable results • You have a knack for making complex systems feel simple and intuitive • You're equally comfortable with creative exploration and analytical decision-making • You're excited about the potential of AI to transform digital experiences • You understand how to design for both user engagement and revenue generation • You're a strong collaborator who can work effectively with product managers, contract designers and development teams • You have experience with modern design systems and tools (Figma preferred) • You work quickly and efficiently, delivering high-impact work • You seek and receive feedback comfortably, using it to improve outcomes • You have a strong bias for action and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where impact matters more than process
