• Augeo is a global leader in workplace engagement platforms. • This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining Augeo’s SaaS platform. • Responsible for analyzing and implementing business and technical requirements. • Documenting best practices and creating training materials present your expertise. • Opportunity to support sales and client calls as a platform expert.

Requirements

• Act as subject matter expert for Augeo’s workplace engagement platform. • Analyze business requirements and identify how to meet them with current functionality – and participate in designing new functionality. • Document best practices, instructions, and create training materials • Participate in the change management process by consulting in the creation of test plans and regression tests • Communicate continuously with business stakeholders, developers, and QA • Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. • Contribute to process improvement efforts at Augeo • Embrace Augeo's CORE values - Collaborative, Objective, Responsive and Earnest in all areas • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills • Fundamental analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to participate in meetings communicating findings and plans to cross-functional team members, management, and clients • Forward thinking on ways to improve product-related challenges with an eye toward delivering value to the end user • Organized, with the ability to work independently toward project-driven deadlines, in person or remote • Experience prioritizing initiatives based on internal and client business needs • Analytical thinking to parse incoming requests and provide direction and information back • Diverse technical skills and the capacity to learn skills such as SQL and platform such as Jira • Ability to handle multiple projects and a variety of roles within projects
