• 10+ years track record, as a software engineer, designing and scaling up distributed applications • Exemplary Python coding abilities - Thrive for difficult programming challenges. • High scalability experience - Has been a tech leader on scaling systems to thousands of requests / events per day. • Startup-type experience - Has worked at a startup or high growth company • Collaboration-first mentality, with a willingness to teach as well as learn from others
