🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, related quantitative field or equivalent experience • Demonstrated effectiveness in research or startup environments • 4+ years of software or data engineering experience • Strong Python programming skills and experience with Databricks or a similar system • Experience with either traditional ML or generative AI • Comfort with ambiguity and self-directing work • Experience with LLMs and generative AI technologies (personal projects included) • Experiencing evaluating and monitoring ML systems in production
