Description

• Authenticate™ is looking for a talented, India-based Product Manager. • The ideal candidate will manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch. • You must be self-sufficient and self-disciplined, solving problems and pushing back when necessary. • Develop product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs. • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates. • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define product requirements. • Ensure product development meets quality standards and user expectations. • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends for product improvements. • Define key performance indicators and metrics for products. • Monitor and analyze product performance to guide decisions. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Requirements

• You have excellent communication • Manage time efficiently • Strategize and problem-solve with the rest of our development team • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a professional organization. • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the software/technology industry. • Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user-centered design. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
