🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare consulting (behavioral health or primary care experience is a bonus!). • Collaborative working style with the ability to work across different organizations and personalities • Sharp analytical mind and quantitative skills • Demonstrated leadership abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to different environments • Advanced proficiency with Google Slides, Sheets, Docs required • Strong project management skills—you’re a pro with tools like Monday.com, Google Sheets, Jira, and similar • A natural communicator who can build relationships, manage expectations, and bring people together. • Organized, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle challenges with a can-do attitude. • Comfortable working in a startup setting—where you might need to create a process today that didn’t exist yesterday. • Utility player - you are adaptable and dynamic, excited to take on diverse responsibilities by taking on diverse responsibilities, proactively address challenges, and collaborate across teams to meet evolving business needs • Passionate about improving mental health care and driven to make an impact.
