📋 Description
• Responsible for supporting Autodesk employees and managing total rewards programs • Analyze data to resolve issues related to benefits programs • Process enrolments and terminations in benefits programs • Support the review and administration of Time Off & Leave Programs • Act as a point of escalation for employee benefits enquiries • Create and update benefits operating procedure manuals • Communicate benefits programs to employees • Provide education to HR Partners regarding Benefit programs • Participate in due diligence during mergers and acquisitions
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of benefits experience in a multinational company • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams • Proven organizational and project management skills • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Attention to details and high degree of accuracy • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines • Willingness to embrace change, self-motivated and proactive learner • Exceptional customer service, written and verbal communication skills • Experience with an HRIS and benefits enrolment portals • Excellent computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Office • Proficient in English and other European language is a plus • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR
