📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders and your team to develop capability roadmaps, identify and deliver key results to achieve roadmap milestones • Identify and lead projects to secure email and collaboration systems • Assess, design, and implement sustainable solutions, operating processes to address key risks in Email and Collaboration systems • Manage and secure email and collaboration systems, focusing on phishing protection and threat mitigation • Tune and enhance security systems to address the latest internal and external threats in collaboration with Threat Management teams • Develop and enforce security standards and guidelines for email and collaboration platforms • Identify opportunities for automation and scripting to enhance efficiency and security • Ensure security practices comply with standards and guidelines • Conduct regular reviews and audits of security controls and processes • Provide detailed reports and recommendations for improvements to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing and securing email and collaboration systems, including Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, and Zoom • Proven expertise in IT security, enterprise security, and cloud security • Strong knowledge of phishing protection mechanisms and email threat landscapes • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST and CIS. • Ability to program/script for automations in at least one language; Python, GO, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution
