📋 Description
• Support Named Accounts teams in driving strategic initiatives. • Optimize sales processes and enhance cross-functional collaboration. • Report to Director, Strategic Industry Executive. • Work closely with sales leadership, enablement, marketing, and operations teams. • Develop long-term strategies to scale sales initiatives and improve agility. • Identify and drive strategic improvements in sales processes. • Champion the adoption of cutting-edge sales methodologies and tools. • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). • Act as a hands-on contributor to align strategies with goals.

• Achievement of sales growth and retention targets. • Excellent facilitation, communication, leadership, and influence skills. • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Proven experience in managing program execution and continuous improvement. • Ability to create strong credibility with Sales leadership. • Ability to build partnerships and collaborate across lines of businesses. • Proven ability to be agile and adaptable in the face of new information and change. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, master’s degree preferred. • 8+ years total business experience and/or 4+ years of sales program experience in a B2B sales environment preferred.
