📋 Description
• Build and maintain Data Products aligned with Data Mesh principles, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and meet the needs of business teams. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and other data functions to manage data product scope, define roadmaps, and drive the lifecycle from concept to delivery. • Ensure Data Products are well integrated into the KPI framework , maintaining high standards for governance, data quality, and reliability. • Support business teams by integrating manual data sources , automating business processes, and developing data solutions that streamline operations. • Democratize Data Platform capabilities by providing self-service tools, supporting power users, and delivering training to ensure wide adoption across the business. • Partner with business units to identify opportunities for new Data Products , translating business requirements into scalable, impactful data solutions. • Work closely with Data Analysts and BI Developers to facilitate best practices in multi-source data consumption and ensure seamless integration and usage across the platform. • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing data products to ensure maximum performance, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Analyst / BI Developer or related role, with a strong track record of building and maintaining data products. • Experience with Data Mesh principles and a solid understanding of how to build decentralized, scalable data products aligned to these principles. • Expert level proficiency in SQL , Python , and experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data pipeline development. • Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and an understanding of how to structure data for effective consumption by business teams. • Strong understanding of data governance , including ensuring data products meet quality, reliability, and compliance standards. • Experience working with manual data sources and the ability to automate data flows and integrate disparate sources into seamless, reliable data products. • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work in a cross-functional environment with business, data analysts, and other stakeholders. • Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent), with excellent communication skills to support both technical and non-technical audiences. • STEM background or equivalent practical experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related field.
