• The B2B Email Marketing Specialist oversees and executes email marketing strategy for B2B products • Responsible for creating trigger emails/notifications flow • Planning and implementing email/push campaigns • Managing subscriber databases • Creating engaging emails/pushes • Analyzing email/push campaigns performance • Effectively reach target audience and drive customer engagement and sales through communication.
• At least 2 year of relevant work experience as a Email Marketing Manager, CRM manager or Digital Marketing Manager • Knowing English language at least B2 level • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field • Proven work experience as an Email marketing manager or Digital marketing specialist • Hands on experience with HTML, CSS, CMS (content management systems), CRM (customer relationship systems) • Proficiency in marketing automation technology • Familiarity with analytical and database tools • The ability to create lifecycle campaigns • The ability to create and work with customer segmentation • French and German Languages will be an advantage • Excellent copywriting skills • Strong project management skills • Critical and analytical thinking • Strategic mindset • Sense of ownership and pride in their performance and its impact on company’s success • Team player • Great interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
