📋 Description
• Work on the migration from PHP monoliths to the new microservice architecture • Design and implementation of microservices - Java/Kotlin, Kafka, MySQL/PostgreSQL • Test-driven development and Test Automation • Service monitoring, alerting, and incident mitigation - New Relic, Grafana • Code review with peers to find the bugs, optimize logic, and detect the bottlenecks
🎯 Requirements
• 5 years+ of work experience as a Java/Kotlin Software Engineer • Experience working with popular Payment Systems (preferably European ones) • Experience with MySQL, Postgres, and working with large data volumes • Experience in software development, supporting the design and development of large-scale, distributed software applications • Experience with microservices and cloud architectures - Google Cloud Platform, Docker • Knowledge of architecture/design methods and patterns, data and API specifications, quality assurance, and testing methods - SOLID, OOP • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply logical and analytical thinking to complex problems • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a team environment • English intermediate (B1) • Nice to have • Prior knowledge of PHP 7+, Laravel, Symfony, and FuelPHP knowledge is a plus
