• Improving communication in emails and push with our clients. • You will create and launch marketing campaigns in emails and push notifications across 27 countries. • You will set tasks for designers and copywriters. • You will deep dive to the segmentation process in our team. • You will analyze reports, figure out how to improve key metrics. • You will do lots of A/B tests and hypothesis validation. • Research for new ideas in CRM marketing and their implementation in the project.
• 2 years or more experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, retention, or lifecycle. • Understanding and working with basic email marketing formats: promotional, triggered, transactional letters. • Experience with channels: Email, App-push, In-app, Web push, and other notifications. • Spam filters: how it works, do's/don't. • Working with drag-n-drop email builders. • Basic experience in collecting mailing lists: forms, popups, etc. • Ability to analyze work and find the best solution. • Creativity combined with analytical thinking.
