• Innovative Infrastructure Transformation: Develop and implement groundbreaking solutions • DevOps Leadership: Lead the DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize cloud-based services for performance and efficiency • Security and Compliance: Establish security protocols and ensure compliance • Collaboration and Mentorship: Mentor team members and align initiatives with business objectives • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and address potential issues

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years in DevOps and infrastructure roles • Proven leadership experience in a technology-focused position • Demonstrated success in implementing transformative solutions in large international companies • Extensive knowledge of DevOps principles, practices, and toolchains (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform) • Proven experience with automation, configuration management, and Infrastructure as Code • Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS or GCP) • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure • Demonstrated ability to conceive and implement unconventional solutions • Track record of transforming infrastructure and processes in impactful ways • Capacity to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving ambitious goals • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical skills with a strategic approach to challenges • Ability to make decisive actions under pressure
