Description

• Lead the front-end engineering team on the migration from PHP monoliths to the new micro front-end services architecture • Design and implementation of web applications and modules - React, Nodejs • Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards • Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget • Code review with peers to find the bugs, optimize logic, and detect the bottlenecks • Coach and support the team, overseeing individual and team growth • Ability to lead other disciplines, such as backend development, in multi-disciplinary teams

Requirements

• 5 years+ of work experience as a Front-End Software Engineer • Experience with microservices and cloud architectures - Google Cloud Platform, Docker • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply logical and analytical thinking to complex problems • Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits • Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team • Good knowledge of core JavaScript (ES6+) and React • Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including SASS • Experience in software development, supporting the design and development of large-scale, distributed software applications • English intermediate (B1) • Excellent communication skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a team environment
