📋 Description
• Oversee and coordinate global payroll operations during the parental leave of the permanent Global Payroll Manager. • Manage internal and external payroll providers, ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance. • Serve as a key liaison between Finance and People Operations teams. • Ensure timely disbursements and maintain internal payroll controls. • Act as a bridge between People Operations and Finance teams on payroll-related matters.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. • 7-9 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in an international environment. • Strong knowledge of global payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions, compliance regulations, and tax implications. • Experience in managing external payroll providers and working with international payroll teams. • Proficiency in payroll and accounting software as well as process documentation and internal controls. • Advanced English language skills are a must, additional language skills (e.g., German, Russian) are a plus. • Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
