• We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. • This position specializes in promotions, coupons, bonuses, and promotool. • You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our promotional strategies and tools from a product perspective, ensuring they align with our business objectives and drive customer engagement and retention. • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing department to design and implement promotional strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and sales growth. • Lead the development and optimization of AUTODOC PromoTool to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for promotional activities and monitor their success to ensure alignment with business objectives. • Use customer behavior data to inform promotional strategies and enhance customer loyalty.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of product management experience in promotions and promotional tools • Demonstrate success in developing and managing promotional campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention • Experience presenting to high-level stakeholders and making data-driven decisions • Background in experimentation and statistical testing • Proven product management experience, focusing on promotional strategies and tools • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies • Excellent communication skills, conveying ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Deep understanding of e-commerce business models, particularly in retention and loyalty strategies, pricing, and promotions
