🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Python Experience: 5+ years of commercial development with Python 3. • Leadership Skills: 2+ years as a Team Lead, including mentoring and guiding team members. • API Development: Proven experience in creating RESTful APIs using FastAPI. • Frameworks & Libraries: Hands-on experience with SQLAlchemy, Celery, Motor, and Pydantic. • Database Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Elasticsearch. • Microservices & Containerization: Expertise in working with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and Docker. • Agile Practices: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. • Attention to Quality: Commitment to maintaining high standards and improving product architecture and processes. • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess and evaluate technical approaches, solutions, and structures effectively. • Task Management: Skilled in managing backlog tasks, adhering to priorities, and ensuring timely delivery. • Clear Communication: Proficiency in explaining and presenting technology solutions to diverse stakeholders. • Documentation Skills: Capable of preparing detailed technical documentation, including descriptions, call sequences, and integration details. • Process-Oriented: Ability to follow and maintain established development processes effectively. • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities to thrive in a collaborative environment. • Language proficiency: Intermediate or higher in both English and Russian.(advantage).
