• Inspire fundraisers connect with, laugh with and uplift the lives of our client's donors • They enjoy being able to deliver world-class results autonomously, while representing great causes • Their work goes beyond raising funds; it's about creating a human connection with every donor • Call existing supporters to raise funds for important causes around the globe • We find new child sponsors, welcome new donors, renew event participants, and invite donors to give monthly • Each day and each call can be different • We thank, connect, engage and inspire • Look for creative new ways to delight on every call • All about teamwork, customer connections and having fun while we do it

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ customer service and call center experience • You are technically savvy and self-reliant • You love talking to people and are a great communicator • You are looking for full-time hours, 40 hours a week • Availability to work occasional Saturday shifts (10:00am to 5:00pm) • Availability to work 1:00pm to 10:00pm Mon -Thu and 10:00am to 7:00pm Fri (EST)
