• We are looking for a proactive and organized Sr. Talent Ops & Engagement Associate to support our North American talent, employee engagement, and employer branding efforts. • This role will focus on sourcing qualified candidates, managing engagement programs, and assisting with various high-visibility initiatives. • About AutoLeap: AutoLeap is the market-leading shop management SaaS provider in the underserved auto repair industry. • The Shop Management System (SMS) provides an all-in-one, cloud-based auto repair management software that helps after-market auto shop owners. • Our mission is to change the auto repair industry one shop at a time. • As a Senior Talent Ops & Engagement Associate, you will source and review resumes and candidate profiles, execute employee engagement initiatives, and manage employee gifting initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in an HR support role, with a focus on recruiting and/or engagement preferred • Strong data skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data entry, analysis, and reporting • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • The ability to manage multiple projects with high visibility and deadlines • To be comfortable working independently and driving results in a remote work environment • Previous experience interfacing with North American teams and external vendors • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to task management and problem-solving • NOTE: You will be required to work from 8am to 4pm US Eastern Time
