Description

• Leading the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals and deliverables. • Facilitating the definition of Automation programs and projects scope, goals, and deliverables. • Tracking project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks. • Using appropriate tools to monitor and report on the status of projects to all stakeholders. • Identifying potential project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to address them. • Proactively managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. • Serving as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication. • Preparing and deliver project reports, proposals, and presentations as needed. • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports. • Ensuring all project documentation is stored in an accessible and organized manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred • 5+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record in managing AI and automation projects • Experience managing an Automation Center of Excellence (COE) is highly preferred • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification • Scrum Mater Certification and Scaled Agile certification (SAFe) or similar certification • Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies and their application in business processes
