📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients to understand their goals and needs and serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and escalations • Proactively identify opportunities for client growth and engagement and oversee and manage the lifecycle of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and budget • Collaborate with internal teams to align deliverables with client expectations, develop detailed project plans, and monitor progress, adjusting as necessary to meet objectives • Work closely with clients to develop tailored strategies that address their needs and objectives • Analyze and report on engagement performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to deliver cohesive service • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand agentic process automation services or upsell within existing client accounts • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in client engagement, project management, or a related role using Automation Anywhere or UiPath • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and practical knowledge of scaled Agile framework (e.g. SAFe) • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and client accounts successfully • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively • An analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and provide strategic insights • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Familiarity with CRM tools and Agentic Process Automation is a plus • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations • Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving • Team-oriented and able to collaborate across diverse groups • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
