📋 Description

• Oversee the end-to-end procurement of Non-BOM materials, software, and services, ensuring accuracy, approvals, and alignment with business needs. • Generate and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and address discrepancies or delays with suppliers. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and supporting audits as needed. • Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations to streamline procurement processes and resolve purchasing issues. • Monitor supplier performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive continuous improvements in procurement efficiency and risk management.

🎯 Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of experience in sourcing and/or procurement, preferably in services, software, and IT equipment, ideally combined with a Bachelor`s degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration. • Be proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Be Fluent in English, both verbal and written. • Have attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality while following processes in a structured and timely manner, managing multiple orders and stages of the purchase process simultaneously.
