📋 Description

•Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the Balkan region. •Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. •Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the Balkan region. •Utilize the full potential of the partner ecosystem to expand sales opportunities. •Handle the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. •Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. •Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management. •Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

•Fluency in Serbian and Croatian (native or near-native level) and excellent communication skills in English. •Proven track record in sales, preferably in the technology or software industry. •Experience in B2B sales, with a focus on solution-based selling. •Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with clients and partners. •Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (experience preferred; training available). •Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action. •Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills. •Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, particularly AWS, is an advantage. •Experience working in or selling to the Balkan market is a significant advantage.
