📋 Description

• We’re looking for a key position for a strategically minded Product Owner with strong technical expertise in software development for our product Octoplant. • In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the product vision and actively drive its evolution in close collaboration with customers, product management, and the development team. • You'll take ownership of the entire product development lifecycle, with the product backlog and feature roadmap as your primary tools. • Take overall responsibility for maximizing the value of our central OT data management solution. • Collaborate closely with software development, product management, support teams, and customers. • Gather, assess, and prioritize stakeholder requirements to align with the product roadmap. • Introduce and champion new technologies, trends, and innovations. • Coordinate the planning and execution of product releases. • Ensure the product meets high quality and security standards.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a technical environment. • Interest in—and ideally experience with—automation and control systems within OT environments. • Deep familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). • Solid technical foundation, particularly in software development and in server-client architecture, container architecture (e.g., Docker), microservice and cloud service architecture. • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication abilities. • Analytical mindset with strong conceptual thinking skills. • Ability to abstract stakeholder needs into a clear vision and actionable work packages. • Skilled in leveraging OKRs and KPIs to assess performance and inform decision-making. • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills at all levels, fluency in English and German.
