• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Client Support Coordinator (executive assistant with a specialized focus on finance and accounting), coupled with providing exceptional personal support for clients. • This hybrid role combines high-level administrative assistance with managing key financial operations and ensuring seamless communication between the executive team and clients. • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management and accounting practices, as well as a proactive approach to client relations and executive support. • If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong finance background, and excel in providing top-tier client service, this is the perfect role for you. • The salary for this position has not been finalized yet. Please indicate your expected salary based on your experience in the application form, and we will consider it in our discussions. • Key Responsibilities: • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to executives, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. • Finance & Accounting Support: Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and other accounting functions. Prepare financial statements, summaries, and reports for executive review. • Client Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationship-building. Support client needs and assist with delivering exceptional service. • Data Management & Reporting: Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date. Prepare reports, summaries, and key metrics related to finance and accounting for executive leadership. • Project Coordination: Assist with the coordination of finance-related projects, ensuring all deadlines, deliverables, and resources are managed effectively. • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing financial processes, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency. Contribute to the development of financial best practices. • Research & Analysis: Conduct research and financial analysis to support business decisions, helping executives understand market trends, financial risks, and opportunities. • Communication & Correspondence: Draft and respond to emails, memos, and other correspondence on behalf of executives and clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications. • Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive financial and client information with the highest degree of confidentiality, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and firm policies.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an executive support role with a strong focus on finance, accounting, or a related field. Experience supporting high-level executives and managing client relationships is a plus. • Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, with experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis. • Client-Focused: Proven ability to manage client relationships, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, communication, and client service. • Proficiency in Finance Tools: Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel), financial reporting tools, and other related platforms. • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and other productivity tools. • Professionalism & Discretion: High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and trustworthiness when handling sensitive financial and client information. • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
