🎯 Requirements

• Passionate Developer: You love to code, bring fresh ideas and thrive in a collaborative, agile environment. • Backend Expertise: Several years of hands-on experience in PHP 8, Symfony and MySQL. • Cloud & Containerization Know-How: Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and scalability. • Event-Driven Architecture: Familiarity with Kafka-based communication and service-oriented architectures. • Testing Enthusiast: Experience with PHPUnit or Cypress to ensure high software quality. • Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Knowledge of NewRelic or similar monitoring tools to keep services running smoothly. • Version Control Savvy: Proficient in Git, ensuring efficient collaboration and clean versioning practices. • Problem-Solver & Innovator: You enjoy tackling complex challenges and optimizing processes with scalable, efficient solutions. • Agile Mindset: Experience working in Scrum or Kanban teams, embracing iterative development and feedback-driven improvement. • Strong Communicator: Fluent in English (German is a plus) and able to explain technical concepts clearly.
