📋 Description

• Develop & Optimize: Implement new features that enhance the user experience while ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable code. • Code Review & Collaboration: Review and provide feedback on code written by other backend developers. • Monitor & Improve: Analyze service health metrics, debug applications, and optimize performance. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, designers, and QA to maintain a high-quality product. • End-to-End Development: Own and lead feature development from ideation to deployment, monitoring its performance using user data and feedback. • API & Documentation: Create, maintain, and review RFCs and API documentation to ensure seamless communication between teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Several years of hands-on experience with backend technologies (PHP, Java, C#, Python), with PHP 8, Symfony, and MySQL being advantageous. • Frontend Knowledge: Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js or React is a plus. • System Design Expertise: Experience designing robust and scalable systems. • CI/CD & Deployment: Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. • Observability & Monitoring: Experience with monitoring tools and best practices. • API Development: Deep understanding of API management, including monitoring, versioning, and security. • Cloud & Infrastructure: Proficiency in distributed systems, cloud computing, and infrastructure management. • Testing & Debugging: Expertise in unit testing, load testing, and end-to-end testing. • Analytical Thinking: Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and optimize system performance. • Strong Communicator: Fluent in English (German is a plus) with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
