Description

• As a Business Analyst, bridge the gap between clients and technical teams to deliver custom software solutions using Unqork. • Gather and document requirements, develop process flows, and ensure that client needs are translated into actionable technical deliverables. • Collaborate with Technical Project Managers, Solutions Architects, Engineers, and UX teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with at least 1 year of experience working on custom software development projects. • Experience in the financial services sector, with specific expertise in one or more of the following areas: wealth management, fund accounting, retirement services, policy management, etc. • Proven ability to assess, document, and communicate business requirements related to Financial Services. • Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation best practices is essential. • Experience working in Agile environments and proficiency with tools like JIRA and Confluence. • Exceptional communication and client engagement skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable plans. • Familiarity with Unqork or other no-code/low-code platforms is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives in parallel, ensuring successful outcomes.
