Description
• Bridge the gap between clients and technical teams • Deliver custom software solutions using Unqork • Gather and document requirements • Develop process flows • Ensure that client needs are accurately translated into actionable technical deliverables • Support the development team throughout the project lifecycle • Assist with testing and validation of software solutions • Monitor project progress • Provide post-implementation support
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role • At least 1 year of experience working on custom software development projects • Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry • Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation best practices • Experience working in Agile environments and proficiency with tools like JIRA and Confluence • Exceptional communication and client engagement skills • Familiarity with Unqork or other no-code/low-code platforms is a plus • Ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives in parallel
