• Play a key role in bridging the gap between clients and technical teams. • Gather and document requirements, develop process flows. • Collaborate with Technical Project Managers to prioritize requirements. • Support the development team, ensuring delivered solutions meet requirements. • Facilitate communication and problem-solving with clients and technical team. • Assist with testing and validation of software solutions. • Monitor project progress and adjust requirements as needed. • Provide post-implementation support and gather client feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field along with 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. • Experience working with custom software development projects. • Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation best practices. • Experience working in Agile environments and proficiency with tools like JIRA and Confluence. • Exceptional communication and client engagement skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable plans. • Familiarity with Unqork or other no-code/low-code platforms is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives in parallel, ensuring successful outcomes.
