• Assist in setting up and configuring Jira boards and workflows. • Optimize Jira environment to enhance project management efficiency and team collaboration. • Customize and configure Jira boards to align with project requirements. • Design and implement workflows to streamline project management processes. • Create, customize, and optimize JIRA dashboards to meet project needs. • Provide training and support to team members on Jira best practices. • Ensure integration of Jira with other project management tools. • Conduct regular audits and provide recommendations for improvements. • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Jira configuration and usage.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Jira administrator and super user. • Proven experience as a Jira SME, with expertise in setting up and managing Jira environments. • Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to aid in Jira setup and management. • Strong understanding of Jira workflows, schemes, dashboards and configurations. • Experience with Jira integrations and automation tools. • Excellent communication and training skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Preferred Skills: Experience working in startup environments. • Certification in Jira Administration or related field. • Experience in a consulting or project-based role.
