Description

• Responsible for overseeing the team and processes that deliver complex, enterprise-grade applications. • Manage all projects from requirement gathering through delivery and support, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring open communication channels at all times. • Coordinate with the technical team to guide the design and implementation of no-code applications tailored to client needs. • Drive project delivery, ensuring all technical aspects are handled effectively and risks are mitigated. • Proactively identify dependencies and blockers at all levels and seek to eliminate them. • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to the strategic planning and execution of company goals.

Requirements

• Exceptional project management skills, with at least 2 years of experience in a technical project management role. • Proven success in managing complex projects to successful completion. • An understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and ability to leverage it in a delivery environment. • Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of an organization. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with JIRA. • Experience as a Scrum Master. • Proven experience managing projects involving Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration is a Plus.
