• Tienes dominio del español, nativo o fluido. • Dominio del italiano o portugués, nativo o fluido. • +2 años de experiencia con atención al cliente y soporte. • +2 años experiencia en el sector vacacional/hostelería. • Tener dominio ofreciendo soporte técnico a los clientes. • Empatiza con el cliente para detectar posibles causas y necesidades. • Ser capaz de realizar seguimiento de los casos asignados. • Tienes skills para fidelizar y retener clientes.
