📋 Description

• Develop a regional sales plan for the customer base that defines the strategy/actions required to achieve commercial goals and growth objectives. • Follow developments in the Refinery, Petrochemical and Chemical and Waste to Energy Industry markets. • Develop rapport and establish strategic relationships with key customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Northern Europe. • Analyze needs of prospects, identifying the interest of prospects for products or services by building a strategy for short term projects and long-range partnerships through various sales channels (General Contractors, End Customer, other contractors, etc.). • Own sales funnel, including opportunity creation and management, facilitation the proposal process (including tender’s action lists). • Provide intelligence to the company on competitor’s activities. • Deliver powerful presentations at national and international level to communicate the company’s value proposition to clients. • Represent AIS WSI on conferences, exhibitions and seminars. • Plan and execute weekly travel schedule to meet minimum customer meetings required. • Fulfill an ambassador-role for AIS WSI in a broad sense, while being a primary regional contact.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (engineering or relevant discipline). • Experience in technical sales is an advantage. • Extensive sales and/or key account management training and experience with emphasis on working with sales methodologies. • MS office, CRM / SFDC training and experience. • Extensive track record in successful sales in B2B industrial service selling environment. • Language skills (fluent Swedish and English preferred).
